Can I use a Credit Card for round-ups?
Rounda uses two accounts — one for round-ups (your Round-up account) and one for direct debits (your Funding account).
You can use a Credit Card as your Round-Up account (the account used to work out round-ups), but not as your Funding Account (the account Direct Debits are deducted from). This is because Credit Card providers add additional fees.
If you do accidentally link a Credit Card account as a Funding Account when you register as a user with Rounda, email us at [email protected] and we'll reset your account.
